Who am I?
I’m Heather Kiesewetter (pronounced key-sweater), a certified personal trainer and nutritionist with over a decade of experience. During this time, I’ve helped hundreds of individuals shed thousands of pounds of body fat, transform their health, and build strength and confidence.
As a mom to four energetic boys, two lovely stepdaughters, and six adorable fur babies, I know firsthand how chaotic life can be. Prioritizing your own health often feels impossible when you're busy taking care of everyone else. But here’s the truth: you can achieve your health and fitness goals, even while managing a full plate of family, work, and life responsibilities.
I firmly believe that everything is "figure-outable." With a fresh perspective, a solid plan, and the right mix of discipline and motivation, you can overcome any challenge standing between you and your goals.
